 WILL BE AVAILABLE  SPRING & FALL ONLY 2022

We dig & sell evergreens spring and fall only, Spring digging starts in April and usually lasts until May 5 or so, depending on the weather.

Fall digging starts after Labor Day and lasts until around

 November 5-15th

 when we close for the season.

Watering Your New Tree

Slow trickle with the garden hose. 

Sprinkler System does not always water your tree correctly. Dig a small hole next to the root ball about 12-16" deep to check moisture of soil. 

June, July & August are the most important months to monitor your trees moisture. Watering should approximately 10 gallons per week, for every 1" diameter trunk of tree.

(e.g. A 3" diameter trunk: 30gallons of water per week, summer months may require more, sandy soil, may require more, and clay soil may require LESS)

Tour the Farm

Tour the farm & you pick and we tag your trees.  

Our nursery stock is hand-selected and grown in the Great Lakes region so that they are acclimated to our local growing conditions.

Root Ball fits properly, fill hole with water 1/2 way up, make sure tree is straight in hole. DO NOT REMOVE SISAL TWINE OR WIRE BASKET

Fill dirt evenly & pack dirt around root ball eliminating air pockets. Making sure tree does not tip.
